Wow, I haven't updated in... forever.

Been working on this baby for a full 5 hours. I know the shading is kind of shoddy, but I really try to make it look good. I just haven't found the best way for me yet.
Anyway, this drawing pays homage to the 1983 slasher flick, "The House on Sorority Row", which is one of my favorites among what I call the OTS' - The One-Time Slashers. I generally feel that there are actually a few gems within the genre that have sadly become forgotten since the likes of Freddy Krueger, Chucky, Michael Meyers, Leatherface, Ghostface, Pinhead and of course Jason Voorhees stole the spotlight. So I plan to do a few more of these drawings of some of the killers that only got one flick, but left an impression with me.
I can recommend House on Sorority Row, but it really is only for genre fans - people looking for a good, sophisticated movie will have to look elsewhere. And this killer, even if he only wears the costume for a short while, has one of my favorite weapons. You can't come tell me that cane isn't stylish.
For those who know the film, I know he only uses the tail, but I drew the blood on the beak for... I suppose you could say symbolic reasons. I just thought it would look cool if I did. I'm really proud of how his mask came out - I never thought I'd get his outfit right, especially since my only reference was a very small, rather dark screenshot, but I think I nailed it.
Oh, and I am NOT maturing this for a few drops of blood. Seriously, people, pull yourself together.

Nice introduction to your gallery. I dig that you have coined the term, OTS. I am sure I could guess a bunch of the members of that club.
